Last week, I wrote about the increase in home values in Summit County.  In Breckenridge, specifically, we are seeing prices creep higher and higher each year.

So I feel like it’s my job to let you know when you can find a STEAL!!!!

Here you go.  This 4300 Square Foot Mountain Home has just seen a price reduction.  Now listed at $1.549, you’re looking at around $360 per square foot.  The average sf price for 2016 in Breckenridge last year was almost $430.  So you’re coming in at a reasonable price, in a great location, with a lot of potential upside for re-sale.

I’m all about spending my money in the right places.  This 2012 Mountain home has the finishes that feel like you’re living tucked into the woods.  You’re only about 3 minutes drive from downtown Breckenridge, and you have a kitchen to host as many people as you want, and never have to leave.

Of course on the rental market, the more you can sleep, the more cash flow you can expect when you rent out your home in a lodging pool.  This 4300 square foot gem will be a great addition to any lodging company you choose, and in the high season, will definitely get you closer to net zero in expenses.

If it’s the second home you’re looking for, this cabin tucked in the woods, has a full office amenity.  Can you imagine?  Just roll out of bed and come down to the office with a full picturesque view of the mountains and the aspen trees in the back yard.   I can guarantee you, the views in the fall at this place are breathtaking.

So, if it’s a second home you’re looking for, or a rental property to generate income, here’s a property that won’t last long in Summit County.  If you’d like to take a look, just email me at, and we’ll set a few hours to scour the neighborhood.

Have a great day, and here’s to happy home hunting!!
