Summertime is Here and Real Estate is Heating Up

Summertime is here and real estate in Summit County is heating up.  We are witnessing a market phenomenon we haven’t seen since 2010.  The building of new homes is off the charts, and existing homes are being gobbled up in record time.

The average home price of a single family home in the Mountains now sits around $910,000, with no sign of giving up.  The rental market is slowing for the summer, and the chance to get in an investment property for you and your family is quickly fleeting.

That’s why today, I found a home right around the corner from where I live, and thought you might be interested in seeing.

Perched high above Breckenridge, this beautiful 3800 square foot home gives the appearance of solitude with spectacular views and only minutes away from downtown.  GetMedia.ashx-9

The finishes are impeccable with a luxury feel, and the views…did I mention the views??

If you, or someone you know is looking for a single family residence, and investment property, or a place to come to during the winter ski season or the summer season filled with cool weather and adventures abound; give me a ring, and I’ll set up a tour for you to see all Summit County has to offer.
