Spring Break is Heating Up in Summit County

Spring Break is heating up in Ski Resort World, and the inventory of homes is about ready to come on the market in droves.

While I search for the remaining few deals of the 2017-2018 season, I came across this beauty this morning.

It’s located up near Baldy Mountain in a little neighborhood I often see from my mountain bike in the summer.  I’ve always wanted to check out the homes in this area because of their proximity to the trail system, and the impeccable views from the high part of the hill.

So you can imagine, as I was touring through the home via the MLS today, I was excited to share this one with you.  It has all the location amenities that I would want, and it’s layout gives you spacious settings for entertaining, but cozy enough to feel like you’re in a Colorado home in the woods.

This large center piece fire place has access from the first floor living room AND the kitchen.  You can shut the doors and feel like you’re in a small space, or you can see right through to the action in the kitchen.

The bedrooms all have this incredible view of the ten mile range.  You’re literally at the top of the treetops to feel like you’re in the forest.

And the Bathrooms are large and open, to go along with the general feel of the home.
